My new business book is out now! “Running a Successful Business after the Start-up Phase: Who are you Calling Mature?” looks at what happens once you’ve been up and running for a few years with your freelancing, home-based business or small business.
When I got to this stage myself, I noticed a distinct lack of books about running a mature business. I’d been blogging about issues that I found arising and so I decided to put together my own resource.
This book covers choosing the best mix of customers, how to say no to customers, how to balance your workload and still end up with time for you, and sections on social media and blogging as well as lots of real-life experience from me (and fewer cardigans than the first one!)

You can buy “Running a Successful Business after the Start-up Phase” in print and e-book versions (note that not all of the worldwide sites show the print book yet; it will roll out in time) from all varieties of Amazon (all links below) and in many different e-book formats and pdf from Smashwords. It will roll out into the Kobo store and other places soon but the Smashwords link allows you to buy in formats suitable for the Nook, Kobo, etc., as well as the Kindle if you’re avoiding Amazon.
